Those people write all of the positive happy reviews of Pickle n Pub on Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, and Yelp. To them, the Pickle n Pub is an awesome place alright, an awesome place for starting fights and brawls, snorting cocaine, overturning people in wheelchairs, shoving people out of one's life before moving long distance, hurling single guys into the dirt, and getting away with all of the above.

At several music events called "Iridesc3nt Fri3nds and Family, " Darby threw multiple loud tirades accusing several unaccompanied guys on San Carlos Beach of trying to blow up the causeway and multiple nearby buildings. Darby accused several unaccompanied guys of rigging bombs on parked vehicles in the area. During one event on San Carlos Bay Beach, Darby saw several guys alone on the beach, she had a full blown temper tantrum like a 2 year old, and Darby was yelling and screaming that there was a bomb on the causeway. Her tirades that day caused massive panic and multiple evacuations in the area. She also does the same at events by "Mad Rhythm" and "Calcast, " and also recruits other participants into displaying and copying her behaviors. She coldly and ruthlessly invades and breaks up all friendships and all interactions and mingling involving single guys, especially including single guys that are avoiding Darby. Then I saw Darby's posts on Fort Myers Patch saying some really mean things about all single guys, commonly even making references to the September 2001 attacks in New York and Washington and similar things in her anti single guy posts. Us in Florida have a zero tolerance policy for people like Darby who accuses all single/unaccompanied guys of blowing up buildings and crashing jet airplanes into crowded high-rises at public events, including at parks, beaches, and at bars and clubs. Numerous incidents of physical assault (hitting, shoving, pushing, throwing rocks and similar type missiles at lone guys, and so forth) have occurred at multiple different events hosted by Calcast and Mad Rhythm. Incidents of bomb threats and bomb scares have also occurred at numerous of those same events as well, in which multiple different men that were by themselves and that were alone and not with someone were accused of trying to detonate bombs in the area and of being in possession of bombs and improvised explosive devices. If it has a battery, it can not be brought onto Estero Island at all. In other words, if your bicycle has a battery and/or an electric wheel, STAY OFF Estero Island! E-bikes are not allowed to be any closer to Estero Island than the San Carlos Island end of the Matanzas Pass Bridge on the northwest entrance to the island, and the Lovers Key end of the Big Carlos Pass Bridge on the southeast entrance to the island. The police are also reminding people, only regular pedal bicycles without any form of mechanical power other than pedaling are legal on Estero Island, and there is an islandwide speed limit of eight (8) miles per hour for all bicycles.

So, let's say you go to this great bar, and you go and visit this great bartender, Pat. You order drinks such as juice and water, even a few cheeseburgers, you have conversations with Pat, and so do many of Pat's other regulars. You even take a few fun selfies with Pat. And Pat gets a ton of large tips from regulars. But one day, you go to that bar, and you see a stranger behind the bar, taking orders for drinks and food. You wonder what happened. You ask where is Pat, and you get the most dreadful reply in the world of nightlife; "Pat does not work here anymore." Your feelings are crushed, and then you finish your drink, pay your tab without a tip, and then leave with no thoughts of ever coming back. Three weeks later, and you see the regulars that used to visit Pat going to other bars. Or you see that Pat is working at another bar and that's where you and everyone else goes now. Five months later, and you get word that the bar Pat quit working at has closed it's doors. It closed because, when Pat quit, many regulars stopped going there, the place lost business and a lot of money because nobody was ready to break the ice with a stranger bartender, and the place couldn't stay open any longer. That type of scenario happens all the time. People go to bars to socialize and make friends and feel a sense of belonging. Many people become attached to particular bartenders and then go to visit those particular bartenders. As long as those particular bartenders remain working there, the place makes money and does business. But once a bar gets rid of any of those particular favorites or one or more of them quits there, the business there can literally tumble. And more often than not, the cause of the business tumble is that default ice barrier that exists between all strangers, including between bar patrons and stranger bartenders. There is a default ice barrier between all strangers. When a stranger takes over behind the bar, the former regulars don't know who the new bartender is. They don't see any capability of fun, they only see a business person who wouldn't interact with them unless it's strictly business-related. In other words, all they see is a wall of solid opaque white ice. And then they leave, and for many of them, it's many months, sometimes up to a year or two, before even one of them comes back. In some cases, the place goes out of business and closes before a former regular comes back. The default ice barrier that exists between strangers can do serious heavy damage to customer service industry businesses such as bars and restaurants. Another thing that can drive old time regulars away even harder is if the new bartender is unattractive, especially if the new bartender is a senior citizen or even overweight, morbidly obese especially. Male regulars are also heavily driven away if their favorite bartender or server that quit was a woman and the new one that replaced her is a man. Also, male regulars generally don't like being around female bartenders that are 300 pounds and looking like they belong in northern Wisconsin, or female bartenders that look like they're 85 years old.

If you had a bad day, whether it was an accident at work, an incident at work involving malfunctioning machinery causing injury, or if you were involved in a catastrophic accident on the road while delivering goods and it caused a 3 mile traffic jam on the road, or you got called to do Jury Duty, or even if you had a bad day at Jury Duty, you needed to unwind from it all and went to a bar where she was working, she'd cheer you up and have you smiling again in about 5 minutes, 10 at most. She made sure you even completely forgot about that multi vehicle crash you were involved in that backed up traffic for 3 miles on the highway, or even that incident at Jury Duty, for no less than the remainder of the entire evening and night. And she knew how to cheer you up. Nobody was sad and depressed or felt glum or grumpy when Melissa was around was around. She made sure that, when the road gets a bumpy, you don't ever feel a grumpy, especially at her bar or restaurant. She had the best sense of humor in the world. And she made sure you put that smile back on your face. Even her vibe would have you grinning again in even a matter of minutes, seconds even. Melissa Harty was the perfect example of how all people in Southwest Florida need to be. Now, she's gone, and the entire nightlife atmosphere in Southwest Florida is going down and has become dark, back to where we are reminded of the days where feeling sad and down in school resulted in detention. There are long distance friends out there that have not seen each other face to face in as long as 70 years, longer even! And all of us, myself included, are very heartbroken and very sad that Sweet Melissa is gone forever. There is a default ice barrier between all strangers. And that includes all stranger bartenders and stranger servers. Why else do you think regulars stop going to a certain bar and they don't come back for months, years even, when they see a stranger behind the bar and are told their favorite one does not work there anymore? It's that default ice barrier between them and the new bartender that replaced their favorite one. They aren't ready to break the ice again with some stranger. The default ice barrier between strangers is known to wreck a lot of business at bars, clubs, and restaurants, and has a huge history of even causing closures of bars and restaurants when favorite servers and bartenders quit there. When Pan Olio in Cape Coral replaced it's entire staff and servers in November 2021, that place lost a lot of regulars and closed! Many people that used to go there especially loved Mike and Missi that managed the place. And when they, Jackie, and all the staff were replaced after that walkout, that place became nothing but strangers, and all any of the regulars saw there was solid ice; they were not about to face nothing but strangers and endless solid default ice.

There are instances where restraining orders are issued by a person that has already moved long distance, where former friends left behind are forbidden to be within the long-distance mover's new state of residence, there are people that even get banned from an entire time zone, sometimes even adjacent time zones and entire geographical areas and regions, by a former friend that has moved long distance! And unfortunately for you, she is moving to California, and there is not a single thing anyone can do about it. I tell you, when she moves, don't ever even travel any closer to California than the Mississippi River! Don't even travel to Iowa!

Dixie Roadhouse is a nightclub in Southeast Cape Coral. It was the place to go in it's youth. They played great music in it's early years, including classic 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 2000s music, slow songs, old school country, classic rock, it was the very best place in the world in 2012. Then in 2013, Dixie switched to country. For a while, the nonstop line dancing went only until 11 pm. The last song in that row was "Cotton Eye Joe" by Rednex. After that, Top 40s mixed in, along with some Latin music, and the party was a lot of great dancing. Then in 2020, Dixie Roadhouse eliminated it's party hour and went strictly line dancing only, they now have only maybe 5 minutes of party time at 1 in the morning, then promptly back to 5, 6, 7, 8 being counted at the beginning of every song. The club has gone to that type of format where non line dancers will need to leave the dancing shoes at home and go to Dixie wearing their regular shoes and only go there to meet up with or visit friends there, have a drink or two, and watch the line dancing from the sidelines. Five minutes of party is not enough for us. It would be well if Dixie can bring back the older formats, such as the party time from 11 pm to closing time, or better yet, the old time song lists, like from 2012. And line dancing continuously for 8 hours is tiring and gets very boring. It's like Dixie Roadhouse has become a line dance school instead of a nightclub. However, Dixie Roadhouse is still one of the Top 10 best clubs in Southwest Florida due to the safety element they have. Most other area nightclubs play nothing but rap, which leads to those other clubs having fights, brawls, shootings, stabbings, and becoming like a scene out of the Jerry Springer show pretty much every single night, all of which clearly chases a lot of people out of those other clubs and into Dixie Roadhouse. Dixie Roadhouse does not play much rap, hence you are much safer at Dixie Roadhouse than you are, for instance, at Celsius Nightclub, Dash Nightclub, Viva Le Mirage, and most other clubs. And it's the safety element that keeps a lot of people going to Dixie Roadhouse.

Understand that there will be people wanting to take pictures with you, maybe even a few video selfies. They want memories they can cherish of you for 55 years and longer. Obviously in the case of Andrea Martin, it's too late for any of that. Andrea is truly gone forever. She has not been back to visit Southwest Florida since she moved in September 2020, and she won't be back to visit Southwest Florida before the year 2125. Colorado is too far away, she won't ever make it, the distance is far too vast.

Only friendly, sociable, and down to Earth people that like to socialize with other people, that enjoy making friends and expanding their circles, and forming a sense of community are allowed to move to Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. You want to live in Cape Coral and Southwest Florida, you need to be friendly. Interact with other people, including guys that are alone, at bars, nightclubs, and events such as Cape Coral Bike Night, Red White & Boom, and at events celebrating St. Patrick's Day, New Year's Eve, 4th of July, and similar events. You are not in East St. Louis anymore. If you don't like talking to strangers and if you don't like to interact with others at public use facilities such as bars, restaurants, clubs, and events, and if you don't like to socialize with other people, then do us all a favor and relocate yourselves back to DuPage County, Illinois, where there is absolutely no socializing and no interactions amongst people, and where all interactions are strictly business-related and strictly for business only. Do not move to Cape Coral or to Southwest Florida with a toxic, disconnected, or anti-social personality. Also, if you don't like guys near you that are single or that are alone and by themselves, and if you don't like socializing with guys that are alone, then Toronto, Ontario is where you belong.
